ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed directing the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, to dispose of E.A.SR.No.2 of 2023 in E.P.No.49 of 2022 in O.S.No.6 of 2011.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, they have re-presented the execution application and the same has also been numbered by the learned Principal District Judge, Karur. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present revision petition.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. The learned Principal District Judge, Karur, is directed to dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 20.02.2023 Index :
