Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act, against the fair and executable order in R.C.A.No.1 of 2000 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Dindigul, dated 27.03.2008 confirming and partly modifying the order in R.C.O.P.No.18 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul (Rent Controller), Dindigul, dated 13.12.1999. Decree:

Civil Revision Petition coming upon for hearing on Tuesday the Seventeenth day of March, Two Thousand and Twenty and upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the order of the Lower Court and the material papers in this Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. N.Tamil Mani, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.S.Karthick Subramanian, Advocate for the Respondent, and this Court while allowing the Petition and set aside the order of Tribunal below, having stood over the matter for consideration till this date, doth order and decree as follows:

1 That, the judgment and decree dated 27.03.2008 made in R.C.A.No.1 of 2000 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Dindigul, confirming and partly modifying the order dated 13.12.1999 made in R.C.O.P.No.18 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul (Rent Controller), Dindigul be and hereby are set aside and the Civil Revision Petition is allowed;
