Side) on behalf of the respondent and of appellant not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- On the earlier occasion, when the matter was called, no representation for the appellant. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Already sufficient time given.

2.Hence, Mr.J.David Ganesan, Advocate, No.52, Law Chamber, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Cell No.9444101399) is appointed as Legal Aid Counsel for the appellant to conduct the case. The High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench shall bear the expenses for the conduct of the case, as per the guidelines. 3.Post the matter after two weeks.
