ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 158/2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and have also filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to number the final report before the Court below within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
