O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to comply with the direction issued by the second respondent vide his proceedings dated 15.10.2024 in Na.Ka.A1/4854/2024 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner, in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.180 and 182/1, Thennilai Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the second respondent had issued proceedings recommending issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner and that the same is now pending before the third respondent. He further submitted that the order of the second respondent would be implemented by the third respondent 2/4

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
