JUDGMENT

The appellant herein was shown as A2 in S.C.No.269 of 2011 on the file of the First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. He was convicted for the offence under Section 324 of IPC and sentenced to two years rigorous imprisonment. Challenging the same, this appeal came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported that the appellant is no more. Hence, the proceedings against him will stand abated.
