Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and of MR.S.PON SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for legal ad counsel and the appellant not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- Though this appeal was listed for final disposal from 13.04.2019, there was no representation for the appellant. Even today, (i.e, 04.09.2019), this appeal is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant.

2. Therefore, this Court appoints Mr.S.Pon Senthil Kumar, Advocate (Enroll No.1166 of 1998), CH.No.88, Cell No.9443227194, who is having 23 years of practice in the criminal side as legal aid counsel to get along with the appeal.

3.The Registry is directed to furnish the papers to Mr.S.Pon Senthil Kumar.
