This petition is filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.432 of 2015, dated 01.07.2015 on the file of the respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.432 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 06.02.2016 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
