ORDER: This Appeal coming for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.R.Meenakumari for Mr.C.Ramachandran, Advocate for appellant and the respondents not appearing either in person or by Advocate and this court doth order and decree as follows:- 1.That the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai dated 11.10.2013 and made in MCOP No.157 of 2011, be and hereby is confirmed and this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.

2.That the appellant/Insurance Company do deposit the entire compensation amount of Rs.2,38,000/- with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum with cost, from the date of petition till the date of realization within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, less the amount already deposited, if any.

3.That on such deposit, the first respondent shall withdraw the said amount, less the amount already withdrawn by him, if any, by filing proper application before Tribunal. 4.That there be no cost in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
