ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members and further to stop the passport of the third respondent in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.291 of 2022 against the petitioner and the petitioner's husband and the same was already closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and that the case in Crime No.292 of 2022 filed against the third respondent by the petitioner's husband was already charge sheeted and thereafter, the petitioner has given a 2/4

representation dated 02.12.2022 and the same is pending before the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to give afresh representation to the second respondent and on such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of representation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
