Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent and MR.R.

MANICKAM, Advocate for legal aid counsel and the Appellant not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- Though this appeal was listed for final disposal from 13.04.2019, there was no representation for the appellant. Even today, (i.e, 04.09.2019), this appeal is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant.

2. Therefore, this Court appoints Mr.R.Manickam, Advocate (Enroll No.2637 of 2006), CH.No.76, Cell No.9865411337, who is having 12 years of practice in the criminal side as legal aid counsel to get along with the appeal.
