passed in Crl.MP.No.5766 of 2024 dated 29/10/2024 on the file of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge (PCR) Trichy District and set aside the same as illegal and arbitrary and enlarge the appellant/accused no.1 in Criminal No.20 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd Respondent on bail by allowing the appeal. ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.987 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner has complied the condition without fail. He would further submit that he is working in IT company, Chennai. Since he has to appear before the learned Principal District Court, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., Chennai, he is unable to attend meeting in his office. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition No.9(b) in Crl.A.(MD).No.987 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Principal District Court, Chennai, on the first working day of every English

Calendar month, until further orders.
