Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAKASH R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3204 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in this petition, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on condition that apart from the condition imposed by this Court, by order, dated 15.02.2022, the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- each to the credit of Madurai Bench of High Court Advocates Association (MBHAA), A/c.No.496038755, IFSC Code:IDB000H40, Branch-High Court, Madurai, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
