ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.474 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioner's two earlier petitions for anticipatory bail were dismissed, since the petitioner is said to have caused fracture to the victim.

4.The petitioner's counsel would state that the victim has been discharged. The denial of relief on the earlier occasion was not because the victim was in hospital but, because of the overt act https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.511 of 2020 attributed to the petitioner. There is no change in circumstance. Hence, I am not inclined to grant relief. This criminal original petition stand dismissed.
