JUDGMENT

The appellant herein suffered conviction for the offences under Sections 448, 354 and 506(ii) of IPC and sentenced to terms of imprisonment by the Court below.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant is no more. Therefore, the proceedings against him will stand abated. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal appeal is closed.
