The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the respondent by way of paper publication in any one of newspapers having circulation in Virudhunagar and Thiruppur District Edition.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Virudhunagar and Thiruppur District Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 29.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 18.07.2026.

4. Post the matter on 29.07.2026.
