Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's land was acquired under the National Highways Act. The petitioner was given some compensation. He was not satisfied with the same. He invoked the arbitral remedy and move the respondent herein. Seeking its expeditious disposal, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the respondent would dispose of the matter within one year. Now only five months have expired. He states that before the end of June https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
