ORDER: This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the letter received from I Additional District Judge, Madurai-20 in D.No.4433 dated 20.04.2018 and upon hearing the arguments Ms.V.Jeyarani, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.V.Ramakrishnan, Advocate for the first respondent and the court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.218 of 2010.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal by judgment dated 30.10.2017 and directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.218 of 2010 on or before 30.04.2018. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. The learned Counsel for the appellants has no objection for granting further time to the Court below for disposing the suit in O.S.No.218 of 2010.
