PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C. in Crime No.111 of 2018.

2.It is found that this Court was about to dismiss the earlier petition filed by the petitioner. At that time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. Hence, the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn. Today, the petitioner has filed this present petition, seeking anticipatory bail. 3.It is seen that there is no change of circumstances and a huge amount is involved in this case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
