ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for providing adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2.The primordial contention of the petitioner is that the private respondents 4 and 5 along with their henchman had trespassed into his land and also threatening him.

3.Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the representation, dated 25.12.2020 submitted by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.118 of 2021 the petitioner is registered as Current Petition No.535/SDOV/2020 and enquiry is still pending.

4.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 25.12.2020 given by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving notice to the fourth and fifth respondents.

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
