ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to petitioner and the lease holders. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and on instructions, contended that the representation dated 28.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner was registered as CSR.No.4 of 2021 and enquiry is still pending.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 28.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner on merits and pass suitable orders within a period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
