ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and that the petitioner had attended the hearing and undertook to produce the document, but, subsequently he has not turned up.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the directions of the second respondent, the petitioner has produced the documents.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would further submit that there was a money dispute between the parties and the second respondent has been advised to close the matter.
