JUDGMENT
The appellant is the complainant in C.A.No.114 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.I), Trichirappalli. It is a case arising under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The accused was convicted by the trial Court.
But then, the Appellate Court acquitted him. Questioning the same, this appeal came to be filed. 2.It is seen that the appellant is no more. But his legal heir was not brought on record. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. This appeal can be restored later. With this liberty, this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
