ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5, submits that the compound wall has already been constructed in the place in question.

3.In view of the said submission, we feel that no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to workout his remedy before the competent civil Court, since it cannot be decided by this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
