The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the sole appellant passed away on 07.06.2016.

Though the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant died long before, till date, he has not taken any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated.
