RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15013 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble High Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KAMESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15013 of 2020, dated 17.12.2020. 2.This Court by an order dated 17.12.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners directing the first petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working at Bangalore and he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, hence he seeks modification.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court directing the first petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.217 of 2021 thereafter as and when required for interrogation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks.
