Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to reclassify petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.6/1D situated at Kadavur Village, Chatrapatti Post, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District as dry house site and thereby to refix the compensation amount proportionate the actual extent of 160 Sq.meter of house site as equal and on par with the compensation fixed for the adjacent lands.

ORDER
