Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to maintain the existing Karai of "Madanthai Kanmai" in Survey No. 21 to an extent of 31 Hectares and 13.80 Ares of lands in Madanthai and in Survey No. 382 to an exent of 2 Hectares and 50.50 Ares of lands in Kamuthakudi Village and to form the Karai in remaining area and lay the Road around the Kanmai on the basis of the representation dated 22.12.2023.
