2. This application is filed to grant extension of time granted in the order made in CRL.OP(MD). No.17846 of 2024, dated 19.10.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to comply the condition as imposed by this Court, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
