ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 to 8 is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 70 years. The petitioner has enclosed a copy of the patta in the typed set of papers. His grievance is that the private respondents are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.132 of 2022 interfering with his legitimate rights. Rule 21 of the Tamilnadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 states that there must be an action plan for the protection of the life and property of senior citizens. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 26.08.2021. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the same.
