Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for transfer of patta dated 19.09.2022 and 11.10.2022 in the name of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within the stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned property. He has given an application in this regard to the third respondent.

3.The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the interested parties particularly the fifth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the 2/4
