Alleging that the interim order of this Court dated 28.11.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.34569 of 2025 and W.M.P.(MD) No.27344 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that Page No. 2 of 4

the respondents have not interfered with the possession of the petitioner, in terms of the interim order passed by this Court dated 28.11.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.34569 of 2025 and W.M.P.(MD) No.27344 of 2025. In this regard, the Tahsildar, Manamadurai Taluk, sent a communication dated 16.02.2026 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.A1/361/2026 to the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, a copy of which, along with certain photographs, has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
