To call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent herein viz, The Chief Executive Officer, Tamilnadu Waklf Board, Chennai 600 001 in Rc.No.16567/12/B7/TNJ, dated 12.06.2017, set aside the same in so far as selecting the 2nd respondent herein as hereditary trustees of MKN Trust, Adirampattinam, Thanjavur is concerned, and consequently appoint the petitioner herein as hereditary trustee in the Board of Trustees and allow this CRP.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.M.ABDUL RAHMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.K.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the respondents, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petitioner is one of the persons who applied for the post of Trustee from the first Branch.

The wakf Board passed the impugned order appearing 9(nine) Trustees. Since the petitioner is also one of the parties, who applied for the post of Trustee, and his candidature has been rejected, he is the aggrieved person by the order. Therefore, there is no necessity to file leave petition to file CRP and hence, this leave petition is dismissed.
