Prayer in AS(MD). 9/ 2024 :

Appeal Suit filed under section 96 of C.P.C.r/w order 41 rule 1and 2 of Civil Procuedure Code to set aside the judgment and decree made in O.S.No. 54 of 2019 dated 26.06.2023 on the file of III Additional District Court, Tiunelveli, allow the above appeal and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.F.X.EUGENE, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the Rs.5,00,000/- before the Trial Court, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court. 2.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
