ORDER

This Court passed an order on 12.06.2019, to issue notice to the petitioner, since the counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo, reporting no instructions. This Court also directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner after completion of service. Despite notice being served on the petitioner, she has not appeared before this Court either in person or through counsel. Having regard to the conduct of the revision petitioner, this Court is unable to find any justification to keep the matter pending unnecessarily. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
