No.18735 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021 in respect of the case in Crime No.9 of 2021 pending on the file of the Respondent Police.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. NIRANJAN S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners (IN CRL.M.P.(MD)NO.164/2022) and M/S.S.MURUGAGANESAN, Advocate for the petitioners (IN CRL.M.P.(MD)NO.165/2022)and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for Respondents (IN BOTH PETITIONS), the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.18756 & 18735 of 2021 on 29.11.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and Charge sheet was filed before the concerned Special Court, but the same was not taken cognizance. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.18756 & 18735 of 2021 on 29.11.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
