The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2020.
2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the earlier complaints lodged by the petitioner and the third respondent were registered as Crime Nos.1321 and 1322 of 2020 respectively and the petitioner's representation, dated 22.12.2020 was closed, after enquiring both the parties and his specific contention is that nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
