ORDER

The petitioner had filed this writ petition seeking direction to the the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in C.No.68/InsprCCB/COP-PG/MC/2024 dated 18.06.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner in the typed set of paper referred to a different complaint. As regards the Inspector of Police, CCB-II, Madurai City, complaint has been received from the petitioner on 18.12.2024 and the same is assigned as C.No.316/AC.CCB/XI.Sec/MC/2024. The petitioner can appear before the Inspector of Police, CCB-II, Madurai City for enquiry. Further submitted that since in the earlier complaint, the petitioner gave an address that Jaihindpuram and present complaint he has given an address Kannenthal, there is some confusion.

3. In any event, the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, CCB-II, Madurai City, on 10.01.2025 along with supporting materials, without fail. The Inspector of Police to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of three months therefrom. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
