2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has conducted enquiry and completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate .

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
