JUDGMENT

Mr.K.Suresh, Junior Counsel, attached to the office of Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel on record, has filed a withdrawal Memo, dated 01.07.2015, seeking permission to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
