ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.C1/17881/2025, dated 17.10.2025, on the file of the first respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name was deleted in Survey No.606/1B. Therefore, the petitioner made an application before the second respondent seeking issuance of patta in respect of the above-said property. The same was rejected by the second respondent vide proceedings dated 03.09.2025. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred a revision petition before the first respondent on 03.10.2025, seeking to set aside the order passed by the second respondent and consequently to issue patta in respect of the above-said property. Upon receipt of the revision petition, the first respondent issued summons vide proceedings in Na.Ka.C1/17881/2025, dated 17.10.2025, calling upon the petitioner to appear

before him on 07.11.2025. In compliance therewith, the petitioner appeared on the said date and produced all the relevant documents. However, thereafter, the first respondent has not passed any orders in the revision petition, and the same is still pending without assigning any reasons. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the proceedings will be concluded and appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's revision petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the first respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's revision petition on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
