************ The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the tenant against the eviction order in RCA No.11 of 2006 dated 01.11.2007. This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2008 and it is pending for about 10 years.

2.At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is not responding in spite of repeated communications sent to him. He would further submit that he has also sent registered letter and the same was acknowledged by the petitioner Mr.Abdul Rahman on 27.10.2017. However, even after the receipt of the letter from the petitioner Counsel, the petitioner failed to give any instructions. Therefore, he filed a memo before this Court, reporting 'No Instructions'. The memo and the acknowledgement filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner are taken on record.

3.The petitioner Counsel sent a registered letter to the petitioner almost a year back. But, the petitioner failed to give instructions. This itself shows his disinterest to prosecute the present Civil Revision Petition.

4.The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
