Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9763 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.532 of 2019, dated 11.12.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.9763 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.532 of 2019, dated 11.12.2019 regularly and he prayed for modify the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.9763 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.532 of 2019, dated 11.12.2019 is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.58 of 2020 effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
