Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KAMESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15013 of 2020, dated 17.12.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.218 of 2021 concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petitioner directed to execute two sureties(out of which one shall be a blood related surety).
