J U D G M E N T

None appears for the appellant.

2.This second appeal arises out of an injunction suit. 3.The plaintiff is the appellant herein. The suit was dismissed and the first appeal was also dismissed. The appellant did not enjoy any interim order in his favour.

4.When the matter was listed on the last occasion, there was no appearance on the side of the appellant and hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today there is no representation on the side of the appellant. This second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
