made in MCOP No.545 of 2013, be and hereby confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and Cross Objections are dismissed; (2)That the appellant be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire compensation amount of Rs.30,45,285/- with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum with costs, from the date of petition till the date of realization, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, less the amount already deposited, if any;

(3)That on such deposit, the Claimants be and hereby are entitled to withdraw the same, as apportioned by the Tribunal, less the amount already withdrawn by him, if any, by filing proper application before Tribunal; and (4)That there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
