[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct respondents 1 to 3 to remove the existing encroachment made in the cart track running in Sy.Nos.1310, 1311, 1445, 1446, 1450, 1451, 1452, 1437/1A1, 1466, 1467/1, 1457/2, 1472/3, 1470, 1472 and 1439 at Kambiliampatty Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul. 2/5
2. With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the third respondent viz., the Tahsildar, Office of the Tahsildar, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul, is directed to conduct survey, identify the encroachments in the subject property and initiate all appropriate actions to evict the encroachers, if any, identified by following the procedures as contemplated under law. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
