It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the sole appellant Thulasiammal passed away way back in the year 2012. For nine years, no steps have been taken to bring her legal heirs on record. Respondents 2 and 3 have also passed away and no steps have been taken to bring their legal heirs on record.
