ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members. 2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that, when he attempted to construct a small hall and toilet in his property, the respondents 4 to 6 are prevented him and also abused him in filthy language.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.131 of 2021 3.Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the representation, dated 22.12.2020 given by the petitioner is registered as CSR No.4 of 2021 and enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 22.12.2020 given by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving notice to the respondents 4 to 9. 5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
