ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.SWAMINATHAN J.) Heard both sides.

2.The sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 03.07.2024. The petitioner was asked to report before the Inspector of Police, Egmore Police Stateion, Chennai daily at 10.30 am. Later the condition was modified and the petitioner was directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police 1/3

Station, Madurai on every Saturday at 10.30 am. The petitioner is complying with the said condition since 12.10.2024.

3.We are satisfied that a case for modification has been made out. The condition imposed on the petitioner earlier is modified. The petitioner shall report before the Additional District and Sessions Court (FTC), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District on the first working day of every month.
